After recieving a link to our scheduling page, you’ll be able to schedule your discovery call with Hannah. This is where Hannah will ask you more about your vision for your event, and see if we’d be a good fit for one another.

It is so important that you feel you are being heard in the planning process. We want you to show up to your event and think, “Wow, this is exactly what I wanted and the planning process was easy and fun from start to finish”. This cannot happen if you feel like we aren’t on the same page, which is exactly what the discovery call is for.

After your discovery call, Hannah will send you a proposal that includes all of the design elements and arrangement needs we discussed on the discovery call.

Your proposal will also include an itemized list of what we can offer within your budget plus optional add-ons, your invoice, and the contract.

Once the contract is signed you’ll receive your welcome packet which includes a design questionnaire and outlines our planning process.

From here you’ll be able to schedule your additional design meetings with Hannah where we plan the designs of your arrangements together. This is where the fun begins!
